Clodagh McKenna

Clodagh Mckenna is an Irish chef, restaurateur and food writer. She trained as a chef at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork.

Currently based in Dublin, Clodagh owns two bustling restaurants, which have a strong focus on local and seasonal produce. Her food influences are drawn from living, cooking and eating in Italy, France, New York, Cork and Dublin. Clodagh has filmed four TV series, which have aired on RTÛ, Good Food Channel in the UK and in many other countries. Her TV series, Clodaghs Irish Food Trails, took the US by storm, reaching audience levels of 20 million.

Clodagh is a successful food writer having published five cookbooks to date. She is the guest editor of the first ever Irish Times glossy Food and Wine Magazine and writes a column in one of Ireland's leading magazines, The Gloss. In 2014 she launched her online food journal The Daily Digest and has contributed to The Wall Street Journal, Delicious, Red, Image and many more. Clodagh has recently joined forces with Aer Lingus to collaborate on designing all their menus.
