Giancarlo Caldesi

Giancarlo Caldesi and his wife Katie own London’s Caldesi Restaurant and Caffé Caldesi as well as Caldesi in Campagna, a beautiful restaurant in Bray, Berkshire. They co-authored The Gentle Art of Preserving and Return to Tuscany, the cookbook that accompanied a BBC2 TV series. They have spent more than 10 years teaching students at every level at their cookery school, La Cucina Caldesi.
