Ron Suhanosky

Former chef-owner of the acclaimed Sfoglia restaurants on Nantucket and Manhattan, Ron Suhanosky has been a guest on The Today Show, The Martha Stewart Show and The CBS Early Show and has been featured in The New York Times, New York magazine, Food & Wine, The New Yorker, The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, Los Angeles Times, AOL Food and Epicurious.

His first book, Pasta Sfoglia, won a James Beard Award in 2010 and was selected as on of the Best Chef Cookbooks by Bon Appetit.
